Dry Cleaning

We highly recommend to Dry Clean our jeans. Washing and drying to frequently can lead to more wear, tear and colour loss on the denim.

Hand Washing

Step 1. Mix cold water with a light detergent together. 

Step 2. Leave your jeans to sit in the water for 30-45 minutes.

Step 3. Drain the water and refill, let them sit for another 10 minutes to rinse.

Step 4. Repeat this process until the water runs clear.

Step 5. Fold or roll the jeans before wringing them out to dry.

Washing Machine

Step 1. Set washing machine on the lightest possible cycle (usually called gentle, delicate, handwash)

Step 2. Use Cold Water (To prevent shrinking or bleeding, only use cold water to wash your jeans, and wash them separately or with similarly coloured denim. Water temperature will make or break your jeans — always use cold water). 

Step 3.  Turn your jeans inside out. (This is to prevent potential damage to the leather patches, details and distressing design).  

Step 4. Air dry jeans (Air drying helps prevent shrinkage and colour loss. We recommend not to use must use a dryer however if you must, make sure to use a delicate setting with low or no heat. Then remove the jeans while they’re still damp, stretch them straight and hang dry to finish). 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
